On 12/18/2022 my household took a chance and purchased a sectional from Sweet Home Furniture. Reviews all looked good online. I received word that it could be 30 to 45 days to which I didn't mind since they let me know ahead. After that time I reached out and several times I might add, and the *** kept getting pushed. The last time I called I was told 2/15/23 was the date the store would revive the order and then they would set up delivery. Then today they pushed it out until the middle of March. I asked that they cancel my order today and I would go elsewhere. My biggest issue is that I placed this as a charge on my credit card and I have been paying interest the entire time on a product I did not have. I thought that was fishy but I just wanted my sectional. Why did they take the funds when I didn't have my furniture. I'm still waiting on my cancelation email and my confirmation that I will get my $1,325.30 back. Never again. Their communication with customers is poor. This is not right at all. In a perfect world they would give me back the interest on the charge as well since I paid from time of purchase. It's not fair.
