I bought a dtf printer with a warranty on September 19th 2023. I received the printer and it worked only long enough to get about 6 prints off of it. I contacted swing design and first they said it was a print head and that the warranty did not cover it so I would have to purchase one. Without the printer ever being looked at and know for sure thats what it needed. Finally after a lot of emailing back and forth between swing design and uninet they let me send the printer back to them on January 4, 2023 for repair or a new printer. Its now 3 weeks later and I still dont have a printer and every time I contact them they first say they havent heard from uninet then when I mention filing a complaint say they are working on it but wont give me a timeline of when it will be done or anything else. I would just like a new printer. I payed ******* for the printer and ****** for a warranty and I think they should replace it as soon as possible. I didnt pay that much money to get a broken printer. Please help me get my printer replaced.Business response

I have gone over this customer complaint and this is not a customer of ours at *********************************************, we sell big wooden swing sets. The customer purchased a printer from a ********************** called Swing Design, so you need to contact and send this to that company.
