  On March 2,2023 I entered the car wash located at **************************************************** (********). The exit light lit and told me to exit. I exited my vehicle. I was caused to drive though a heavy plastic sheet which I believed to be the last part of the car wash. There was still soap on my vehicle. The sheet was hanging and open at the bottom. When I drove to my next destination, I noticed heavy scratches on my hood, roof and back of my vehicle. I drove back to the car wash and I took video of it happening to another vehicle. I have maintained the video (having trouble with uploading the video but can provide upon request - snapshot attached). I contacted the owner who asked me to send him the video and then I received a call back asking me to place blue cones in front of the wash to prevent more cars from entering. I learned that it was malfunctioning and the sheet was not part of the washing process. They were screaming at me on the telephone. My boyfriend later saw the car wash was repaired and the plastic sheet was in fact not part of the washing process. I tried several times to contact the owner and the company's agent for service of process. I initially received a response that they were investigating, but since that time my calls are being ignored. I originally was given an estimate to paint the vehicle for $10,000, but since then had it detailed. However, there is still damage that can cause my vehicle to rust which is less than five years old. I am in the process of getting a second estimate.

  The person listed who says he has not owned this property is still linked to this buisness in question. See attached photo.
