In June 2020 I purchased 86 feet of vinyl fence with a gate from TJ Fence. almost immediately i couldn't open or close my gate. In September 2020, *** repaired the fence. A short time later the gate wouldn't open or close again. Again I called him many times and he came in November 2021 to repair. Again I had trouble with the gate. My calls had him come again in June 2023. I have called him many times but he has not returned. I have to tie a rope around the gate post to keep the gate closed. He has the BBB symbol on his ad as a member, but I do not think he deserves it.Business response

I was so hopeful, because my neighbor across the street recommended them. My fence is uneven, one of the caps is missing from the post where the gate hangs. It was ******** high, so I had to put crushed rock on the ground to keep critters out. It does not match up with the existing fence. I took pics with my cell and sent them, called him the next day, and left a message. He never called back. I tried in another week in case he was busy. He never called back. He just blew me off. No trying to make it right. This is not what I signed up for.Business response

TJ's Fence did this job in ***************************** full at the completion of the job. We never received any phone calls or email with or without pictures pertaining to this or any other complaint. However, we will give her a call and see what we can do to help her with her fencing issues.Customer response

I absolutely did leave messages on TJ Fence voicemail originally. However, the day after I filed this with BBB, they called, and followed up with a visit the next day. They fixed what needs fixing and I appreciate their timely response.
