Not pleased at all. After a 2 1/2 hour wait and being told the battery I purchased 4 months ago was no good, I pay for a new battery. I was told they took the car for a ride and everything was all set, so I leave. After pulling out the lot and getting to a red light and stopping with the economy light on, my car goes into neutral. This was why the car was brought to ******** in the first place and here I am 2 1/2 hours later and down $601.59 for a battery, labor and balancing my tires. So I turn around and explain the situation to the manager. I am told I will be given a loaner car at no cost they did not want to rush to figure out the issue for the second time, since it was not originally addressed. The next day I receive a call that my car was ready and I owe an additional $189.00 for the auxiliary battery. Now I am wondering if there was indeed anything wrong with the original battery I bought? Also wondering if my car was ever driven on the highway to see if the tires were indeed balanced?I believe after assuring me my car was driven and all set, I should not have paid for the first battery. It did not resolve the issue and the battery in the car was purchased 3 months ago. So there is no proof that this was an issue that needed to be addressed. After actually checking the car it was determined that the Auxillary battery needed to be replaced and that fixed the issue.
