We are currently working with the complainant to ensure his issues are resolved to his satisfaction. Unfortunately, there was an error in tempering to windows in his bathrooms and they were reordered at no cost to the customer as the error in quoting the order was due to our employee's error. The customer is not responsible for our mistakes and as a result of our error we reordered the product at our expense. Our quotes are only valid for 30 days which in the building materials industry 7 days is more commonplace, so any aged quote will always have to be requoted after the 30-day period. I'm currently in communication with the complainant and will be working with him to ensure we take care of the open issues, and he has indicated that he needs more windows for a renovation on his home that we will be working with him to minimize his cost due to the inconvenience we have caused him on this original order.
