      So far I have been very pleased with my bipap machine and the service I have received from regional Homecare. I recommend anyone who is in need of a cpap or bipap machine to using this company.

      This company is lying to me, switching me to different numbers and voice mails, they are not providing me with my medical equipment that I very much need, sending me wrong items, can't get a person to talk to me and they are flat out making things up. I am close to taking legal action.

      The clinician  Ashley (in *****) does a wonderful job explaining about the use of CPAP. It is a lot to get in your head and remember them. She was wonderful.

      Stay away!!!I am only using this place out of necessity, because they seem to be the only CPAP provider for a bunch of local MD offices.Here are my thoughts:- they are overpriced - all their CPAP supplies can be bought elsewhere for less. - they don't care about you - when I had a moldy CPAP device and they haven't move a finger to help facilitate a repair or replacement.- their customer service is rude and condescending. I purchased a CPAP battery from them, it does not hold the advertised time from the very first day, and they will simply won't accept the return. They promised to give me a call back from the supervisor, and no one ever called.

      Terrible customer service. I had insurance (the same one) since before my CPAP was ordered and they stated that the insurance couldn't process the claim because I had an out of state address, which is legal if property is owned in another state. I spoke to my insurance and they said they have never heard of such a thing. They went back and forth and back and forth threatening to take my machine away and insisting I owe them for the machine (twice the cost of what it was from the company). Then the machines were recalled and not one person called to let me know about this and offer another machine. Very disappointed that this company values profits over patient care. Would not recommend.

      As a new cpap user I have gotten excellent service and coaching from RHC. The fitting for my mask and the introduction to my cpap machine made it easy for me to learn to use it and I have benefited tremendously from the therapy. I appreciate being able to call or text a coach anytime I have a question or issue and get timely help. They have been very clear about what ******** covers and I have not had any unexpected expenses. I am so glad theyre the provider my doctor referred me to.

      Have been using Regional Home Care for about 5 months for CPAP. Initial home visit went well-great that they could do a home visit as it made set up much easier. Since then, things have gone downhill. I have gotten erroneous information from coaches over the phone, which could have impacted my health if I hadn't called back and gotten help from someone else. I have ordered supplies and they have neglected to send all that I need. They have given me different information on the types of supplies I need which has been quite confusing. It took them almost a month to put through a pressure change on my machine which my doctor ordered. If I had not called repeatedly and also contacted my doctor, it would not have been done. Very frustrating and totally unacceptable! If I had a choice, I would NOT continue to use Regional.

      Their local offices have been great. The National scheduling telephone lines pretty good. They resupply national number somewhat less informed.Unfortunately, you cant reach out to local offices by phone. Every call even to a local number rout you to one of the National operators. When I say National, I mean corporate headquarters. I realize this is not a true nationwide chain, but a local chain.I should be able to reach out to my local store and speak to the person who fitted me for my equipment but thats quite hard.
