My solar transponder has been reading as picture shown. I’ve been trying to contact green earth energy for the last month starting on March 20. No email response. I’ve tried to call several times but phone is disconnected. I would like the transponder reset or problem solved. I now have 3 electric bill that is over $400 for the last couple months. I am unable to produce any electricity. This will get very expensive very quickly for me. I need help!Initial Complaint

My solar system is not transmitting any information. I do not know how much energy I am producing. I also need this information for my SRECs which pay me each year. I have called repeatedly and no one answers and the mailbox is full so I cant leave a message. It stopped registering info on August 11Initial Complaint

Green Earth Energy installed our solar panels/inverters, etc. in the spring of 2018. There is a 10 year warranty on these. One of our inverters failed, probably sometime last fall-- we only found out about it late this winter when a tech from another company installed the new, required 5G antenna/chip. Our problem is we have repeatedly called Green Earth to address the failed inverter as warrantied, and have received no response. Finally, we visited their address in East Windsor, CT, and found an empty storefront with the company's name still displayed, but, no sign of occupancy. Due to the failed inverter not transferring the sun generated electricity to National Grid, our electric bill has been twice what it was in previous winters, and because we heat with substantial use of heat pumps, that cost has been over $2,000. At the very least we seek that Green Energy, if it still exists, install the new inverter and 5G chip, both of which we have, on site.Initial Complaint

I have yet to get a returned email or phone call from Green Earth Energy, who is the company that installed my SolarEdge Photovoltaic system on my house. Currently there is a panel optimizer that stopped functioning 2 months after I moved into the house. I have repeatedly called and emails Green Earth Energy, seeking their assistance with swapping the optimizer but have never received a return call or email. I have been constantly trying to reach out to them since March of 2020. Again, I have yet to even get a call back from them, despite leaving multiple voicemails. This is the installation company on record with SolarEdge, who is the manufacturer of the photovoltaic system. I have been repeatedly told that the company that installed the system is the one who needs to physically perform the repair work on it. I have been operating with a defunct panel since March of 2020. I would like Green Earth Energy to at least reach out to me.
