A1 Exterminator Ive left 2 voicemails on a managers voicemail this morning in addition to speaking with the answering service at 9:08 am after speaking with *****. I was assured a manager would contact me, but argumentative ***** contacted me once again. He notes that rodents are not covered in my service, is this why all most of my rodent traps were collected from the outside of my home? I am extremely unhappy with this service in every way shape and form. I simply asked if someone could come out and finish the job I pay for but that was too much to ask. I will not be paying for this last service as it was not completed appropriately and do not contact me for anything as this email is the last contact and I am officially firing this company despite my years of being a customer. I will find another reputable exterminator service who does not scream over me. In addition, the Better Business Bureau will be contacted to ensure customers like me are not treated this way. Its becoming harassment with the messages you are leaving clogging up my voicemail. I needed to block you at this point. See below message and make it ******* clear to your staff. You will NOT get paid for services you DID NOT provide, in addition to, I should be calling police for grand theft over $250 from ***** who stole all my mouse bait boxes from my crawl space and outside my home-instead of filling them. Ive already reported to BBB and next step is news and attorney if you do NOT stop harassing me. Like I said youre fired.

Services were provided as per our agreement with the homeowner. Although ******************** was not present for this visit, another occupant was that authorized service. The owner then called our office requesting a return visit. Attempts have been made to schedule the requested service from the owner and have had no response from her. A manager has also returned her call to resolve the matter, of which we have been unsuccessful at receiving a response from the owner. Since a resolution was not able to be met, a credit has been issued for services provided June 21, 2024, and the account has been cancelled.

I called A1-Exterminators out of ****, ** for rodent service. I was told the service cost $290. This service included traps with bait to be set around the house , holes and gaps to be filled with foam and a return visit to check on the bait in the traps to see if it had been eaten. The man came he put some boxes in the basement. When I asked him about filling the holes and gaps with foam he said the company no longer does that. I later learned that is not true they do still do that. The man came back in a couple of weeks to check on the bait in the traps and asked me for $125. I asked him what this was for and he told me the visit. I told him that I was never told by any representative when scheduling this appointment that there was an additional charge. In fact, they made it very clear that the amount I paid the first time was the total cost. It's not written any where in any correspondence I've had with them and at no time was it ever told to me. I would not have had him come back a second time if this was told to me. I called their office a few times and asked to speak with a supervisor. Each time I was told that a supervisor would call me back. I never received a phone call from anyone. I left them several messages telling them I want them to send me an invoice with a zero balance because I was never told about this additional charge. They never called me back to discuss this matter. Today in the mail I received a bill for the $125.00 and a finance charge of $1.88. I am requesting that they not charge me for something they never said would cost additional money. If they forgot to tell me when I scheduled the appointment the guy who came to my house could have told me before he started to look at the traps he set. He didn't. I was never informed about this additional charge.

************** did call into our office to book a rodent service. She was verbally quoted a price of  $275 plus products with a two week follow up visit at $125. The price quoted is standard  for a  single family residence.

However, I do see that the customer service representative neglected to follow up with a written quote, which we require.  With that being said we've decided to remove the $125 charge from the account .

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication.
