10/14 - 8am took truck to Hiller for routine oil Change. (Day before I thought I had seen some oil under the truck) after the oil change I asked if they had seen any oil leak during the change they said they didn't but they could check and brought the truck back in and lifted it up to check for a leak and came back and said there is no leak and the truck is good - 11am low oil pressure light comes on engine dies I had driven 45 miles after leaving Dealer - truck is towed back to Hiller, they say they checked the oil and "the engine is full of oil", not leaking. and that they started it up and "something let go in the motor" - 1pm I drive back to Hiller to dispute that there's no oil leak because I saw oil leaking on the highway when it died. We go out to the truck they assure me it's full of oil and I find a thick puddle of oil under the truck and they say "that wasn't there earlier" and that there must be a hole in the block and the truck will need a new motor 10/15 - waiting for response from ***** on what can be done to mitigate the situation 10/16 - waiting for response from ***** on what can be done to mitigate the situation 10/17 - waiting for response from ***** on what can be done to mitigate the situation 10/18 - ************/ Hiller called and said ********** wants a $2500 deductible and will cover the rest for the repairs Chrysler Case Number:84400610 10/21 - USAA insurance appraiser Huckabee concluded that issue is most certainly service related error. Recommended fight chrysler/Hiller for repairs. CHRYSLER customer service has hung up on my 3 times today when trying to speak to a manager or supervisor about my situation.10/25 I called stellantis and asked about the $2500 deductible and they said they've never heard of such a situation. I feel I'm being lied to. I feel my motor blew due to the service performed and I should not be financially liable for any repairsBusiness response

I have already talked to someone from the BBB about this. ************** had an oil change done. When the truck was towed back we checked the drain plug and filter and both are fine. He called his insurance company and said he hit a pot hole and they sent an adjuster to look under the truck. ************* called me and said we were putting a used motor in and using our insurance company. its not true. We called *** and asked if they would help in the repair even though he is out of any warranty. *** is putting a new motor in and has asked him to pay $2500 dollars. We have gone out of our way to try to help him with a problem that had nothing to do with us and have gotten nothing but bad reviews and the BBB calling and emailing us.
