Company is refusing to provide a refund for food that was prepared incorrectly. Company asked me to print out an email and go to the physical store and request alternative sandwiches. This is absolutely not a resolution. Company kicked back their customer service issue (me) to the *********************** app. ********************** app representative told me the issue was marked resolved. Being triangulated throughout the company as a method to get me to let up.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
Instead of issuing a refund for $10.98 for incorrectly prepared food items, the business asked me to print out an email from their management company, and bring it to the store to receive new food items. I relayed that this was not the resolution I was asking for, I simply wanted a refund. Not only did they not offer to issue a refund, they actually redirected me to the general customer assistance for the franchise stating that they would be able to issue me a refund. This was untrue and the franchise customer service expressed that they werent sure why Cafua management would suggest this. Ultimately, this complaint has less to do with the $10.98 at this point and more so the fact that a company that makes a lot of money (Dunkin is popular where I live!) refuses to do a simple customer service transaction because they would be out of pocket. Cafua Management, poor business practices!
