I paid CC Sykes &Company (***** Sykes) $5,250 on Nov.1, 2023 check #**** as a deposit for ****** Windows. This check was half the cost of the new window installation. The windows were ordered and according to ***** Sykes, the windows arrived in Dec. 2023. I was told they would be installed by ***. 2024 weather dependent. Since that time, I have called ***** repeatedly and often his response was an excuse that he was sickor going on vacation or he gave me a date then called with some reason why he would not be there. My cell phone can easily be used to track all of the calls and texts that were sent to ***** Sykes.Contract was sent and I signed a digital signature. I cannot locate this in my saved emails. I usually take a photo of important documents but for some reason I am missing about 6 mo.of emails. (I will have Apple help me find these documents).On April 6, 2024, I sent another text stating that I wanted the windows installed by the end of April or a full refund.l called ***** on April 9 and left a voicemail because I did not receive a response. On April 23,2024 he wrote that windows will be installed the week of May 27th. I called him 3 times on May 28th with no response. I wanted to know what time and day this week he would be doing the installation. Again, NO RESPONSE. This morning I called and left another message asking when he would be arriving for the install, still NO RESPONSE. I would like a FULL REFUND for the windows I paid for and still do not have. N.B. These windows will be installed in my daughters home (*************************************************************). It is a gift from me.Business response

We are in the final stages of settling the matter. *************** was refunded $5,200 via check number 744 from CC Sykes Company, which cleared on June 14th. The $50 would have been included in check 744 but was a complete oversight on the refund amount by CC Sykes Company, for which we apologize. *************** has been contacted, and the additional $50 is being issued to her.
