I am doing a water meter splitting project with **** ***** from Mr. Plumber. The project started on 2024-03-27 with initial payment of $4,000. He said he pulled permit from the town of ****** and did the plumbing work. I've never seen the permit though. On 2024-05-23 I paid him $3,000 for finishing the project. ****, I and an inspector from the town (as my understanding) meet at ************* to check the work. I left earlier due to work needs. Later on, **** said we need further work and inspections to finalize the project and make the water meters work with the town. But since then **** response my call and messages very slowly and there is no progress. Now I cannot reach him for more than two weeks, and our project is still not finished. Hope you can help me to urge **** to move this project forward, so that we can use our new water meter. Thanks!
