I took my SUV to Chestnut Motors on Monday, April 18th. I needed to have my SUV served, oil change and etc. I asked that my tires be rotated. While driving away, I pick up my SUV on April 18th and notice loud noises coming from the front. I turned around and took my SUV back to Chestnut Motors and the owner said my tires would make loud noises for a while I proceed to tell him it was not making loud noises when I drop it off. The owner proceed to take it for a test drive and upon his return he said it was just the tires. Tuesday, April 19th I took my SUV to Route 1 Auto Serve in *******. My lug nuts were loose on the front left tire and loose one missing on the front right tire. I want a full refund of what I paid on April 18th, because I could have cause an accident/been killed while driving, because my tire on the right was going to fall off.
