      I went through my insurance company to have this contractor do some work on my house from water damage. They claim to be complete but have been emailing the contractor about paint stains left on walls and floors, vent covers dropping out of place,and a rod removed from my tv mount that was never replaced. In addition they removed mounted light from the ceiling and did not reinstall over my statue. They also damaged my sound bar when trying to install it and had to get me a new one. They had their people hook it up and it only worked for a month or two . Im sure it has warranty but no one is responding to settle this.

      Hello, my name is ****** *********. I am the operations manager here at ****************************** and Construction. I am calling with complaint number ********. The complaint is Trail *****. She filed a complaint on December of 2023. We went out there on january 16th. We made an inspection to address all her issues. We consulted with her on some of the issues she had that was not related to our work or claim, but we went ahead and took care of those things february 7th, we returned back to finish up the punch list that she had. We took care of her entertainer thing, we took care and painting and address some lighting issues that she had, she was completely happy with our checks out there. Stated that they took care of everything. And I am just here to try to close this out. I was not aware I needed to call me a message. So this was the resolution completed on february 7th 2024.       Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      [I provided pictures of their repair to the registers in the downstairs bathroom. They didnt even hold up 90 days. As u can see nothing was actually affixed to the ceiling. It looks as though screws were installed in places where nothing was even there for them to attach to. If there was an issue installing them it was never mentioned. My entertainment sound bar issue and lighting was resolved though...]

      Date of transaction: January 3rd, 2023 Amount of money paid: $9,488.02 The business was contracted to find and fix a leak in my home.Not only did Rescon not find/fix the leak, but the following:1) Leak was never found or fixed.2) They never followed up with me to attempt to resolve the issue despite me making multiple attempts.3) The price of their roof replacement doubled from the initial claim estimate (attached) to final claim estimate (attached) and multiple components were either not replaced or re-damaged from the leak that was not fixed.2) I attempted to contact them multiple times to find and fix the leak after replacing the roof to no avail.3) After hiring a new contracting service, it was pointed out that Rescon did not replace multiple components that they charged me for as illustrated below: 1 - 41 Replace - Ice/Water Shield Single Layer 2 - 45 Replace - Vent Pipe Flashing, Furnace Aluminum, 5" 3 - 44 Replace - Flashing, Split Pipe Boot 3 3/8" 4 - 31 Replace - Flashing, Step, Aluminum, **** And because the leak persisted through multiple rains without assistance, my interior is damaged exactly as it was before Rescon fixed it the first time, those items are numbers **** in document titled FINAL - ****** Approved Supplement. The contracting company that I found to fix my leak pointed out multiple discrepancies with the repair job that Rescon did including not replacing the step-flashing, which resulted in additional interior damage, including damage in my attack that could affect final price.. That combined that all Rescon employees I dealt with completely dropped me, I cannot let the situation go. These individuals need to be held accountable for their negligence and lack of professionalism. The two individuals I worked with directly are ******************************* and ***********************. This company did me wrong in many ways and I would appreciate if the leadership at Rescon would make it right.

      Hello, I am calling in complaint number ******** is april 13th. My name is *************************. I am the operations manager at Westcon Restoration and Construction. I am the contractor. The client's name is ************************************. I contacted him earlier this week, told him that we would be making arrangements to come out there Friday, which is tomorrow with 1 of my contractors to address any remaining issues as far as damages, and my accounting department will be crediting him any out of pocket expense that he occurred to resolve, the issues that we left we we Terminated the employee that was running the job. He is no longer employed with the company and I am taking care of it to resolve the issues. You have any questions or concerns, please call me back at *************. Thank you
