Tidi's hardwood flooring (*****************************) installed luxury plank vinyl throughout my first floor (500 sq ft). The baseboard was installed backwards, flooring was installed without expansion gaps, nails are sticking through the flooring, and issues discussed before install were not solved. The soft spots and buckling due to incorrect installation are requiring me to hire another company to rip the entire flooring up and install it again. I reached out to ******* to resolve the issue and he stated he would not be repairing or refunding anything.I now have to pay a flooring installation company $1700 dollars to install flooring, an additional $2500 for materials, $500 dollars for a dumpster to dispose of broken flooring, and $800 dollars for a painter to repair the damage done to my walls.Customer response
