Charged my parents $7,000 to fix a leak in the basement and asked for a $3,500 deposit upfront promising to finish everything in 3 days. When they gave the deposit money to him, he disappeared and never did any of the work. We kept asking when he would come to do the work and he had one excuse after another. First his driver was sick. Then his electrician is sick. That was a week ago. He's still sick. He stopped picking up my parents' calls and when I called and asked about the job, he hung up on me.Business response

I have told them that my electrician is sick and he is the driver of the job, I told them to hang tight until he is better, this only happened on Friday, its not my fault or my companys fault that my drivers well being is not at its best,
