Placed order on 8/24/24, item hasn't been shipped and there is no communication available with the vendor. No replies via text or chat. They no longer communicate by email.I want order cancelled and refund of payment.Customer response

I purchased a hay rack, which came in a box consisting of multiple boxes taped together. The hayrack was very damaged. Clearly manufacturer damage and not shipping. I don't have a way to ship this back since I had to rip it out of the taped boxes and they do not have a way for a carrier to pick up the product unboxed they said. However they're demanding I return the product to get a full refund.Customer response

This business does a click bait situation. I ordered one time for my horses when an item was on sale. The next month there was a large charge on my credit card so I tried to log in and see what was going on as I did NOT order anything. The sale signed me up for auto ship at full price, when I called a rep after trying the chat option, which is a joke, they said If you attempt to login into their site and forget your password, it creates a new account in your name without permission. This new* account had me signed up for very expensive product. When I tried to explain to the horrible customer service rep what was going on and that I did NOT order or sign up for auto ship she laughed and said I had over 5 accounts and that I must pay for this order. I asked to escalate the problem and she laughed (named *********)and said "well this is America" Whatever that means. So rude, this company is fraudulent by creating numerous accounts in your name. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I have not received any product nor do I want any product. I received an email from them today saying that their loss prevention was looking into this. to me, thats an intimidation tactic. Do not sign up for their website, it will create multiple accounts in her name.Customer response

On Monday, May 27th I placed an order based on the website's claim that the order would arrive by Friday, May 31st. I checked the status of the order several times during that week and it was marked "complete" and my credit card was charged so I assumed it was in transit. Instead, I received an email on Friday, May 31st indicating that it was about to ship. I tried to contact the company via three methods, email, online chat, and phone to tell them to cancel the order and was unable to get through to anyone despite waiting for 1/2 hour on hold on the phone. They don't accept email anymore and their online chat disconnected after 35 minutes without anyone from their company ever joining the chat. I finally spoke with someone this a.m. and confirmed that they charged my credit card immediately upon receiving the order and didn't ship it for several days. That is in violation of my card holder's policy and is grossly dishonest and misleading. This company needs to have their BBB status downgraded.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Weatherbeeta sheet from State Line Tack on 1/27/2023. Weatherbeeta blankets and sheets have a 3 year manufacturers warranty for waterproofing. The sheet failed several times. In March, I decided to reach out to State Line Tack about the defect and warranty. I provided pictures so they could see the water leaking through the blanket. State Line Tack is notorious for making returns difficult. The woman gave me a hard time, even after confirming with ************ that it was covered. After I stated that I would file a complaint with the BBB, they sent me a return label. It was delivered 4/19/2024 and has been over the 10 days that they advised for refund. PayPal denied my request to file a charge back because it has been over 180 days. I have reached out to State Line Tack to see where my refund is, but I am filing a complaint as well. The sheet is under warranty and they need the refund my money as they have the sheet in their possession.
