For some context, I sold Bos Auto **** (buyer) the vehicle on 5/13/2023 and I am owed $6450.35 (difference between car value and remaining loan amount). The amount should be received by me upon satisfying the condition of when the buyer receives the title.As of 6/20/2023, their representative has confirmed with me through written text they have received the car's title through Digital ******************** (DCU). Further, I have confirmed with DCU that the loan has been paid off and the title shipping process has been completed.I have provided them with my account number and routing number for the wire to be done, but as of today, I have yet to receive the wire. It has been 5 business days since and noticed they have already listed the vehicle up for sale, when I tried to contact the buyer, they just put me in circles and eventually to a voice mail. I would like to file a complaint against this shady and dishonest dealership and get my deserved money back.Initial Complaint

Purchased used auto three weeks ago. When I picked it up, they didnt get the ************* inspection. I informed the salesman **** that I would just get the inspection locally. He emailed me two weeks ago to inform me that he mailed a reimbursement check. Still no check and no follow up from the company.
