On August 30th, 2022, S&J Tree Service located at ******************************************************* was hired to cut a few trees, remove, grind and cleat lot at my property located in ****************. I paid a fee of $4,000.00 for the service including $500.00 for deposit and the remaining balance $3,500 contingent upon service completion.Unfortunately, the service was not performed completely as S&J left most of the trees on my property and failed to come back to remove the trumps.To resolve the problem, I called the company several times, but all effort has failed to resolve the dispute. I am filing this complaint to BBB with hope that S&J Tree Service will recognize the problem and try to resolve the situation.

Tell us why here...I've been to the property and we removed the wood, this problem having been solved.. I've already talked to the customer and he was satisfied..
