I am not happy with my purchase. I was told that I will have air conditioned leather seats. When I got the car after 4 days of my purchase to find out that the seats dont have air condition . Went back to the dealer to return the car they refused and the manager **** told me I will try to install air condition for your seats. Havent heard back from him. I will never buy from them again and I wish to return the car. I hate it after what happened.

Money hungry, greedy, rude. They don't listen, get annoyed with you and ignore you telling them you. Then they sic carfax on you, more harassing emails.

Very unprofessional & rude. ********* (service **************************** *************** needs to be retrained. He has been my service ************ talks to me like I don't know what he is talking about. Furthermore, he lied to me when he said interior of vehicle would be covered while being serviced for the same issue 4 times.I showed up after 5 days unannounced. Saw my vehicle 8n lot unlocked & no floor or seat covering. I went 8n and addressed this to him. He swore up & down their were protection coverings down and caw was locked. Well it wasn't locked & neither were protected coverings. Back & front seatbelts were used& grease stain on rear seat. He went out to look and said they must have already removed covering. I knew he was lying for they didn't call me to say the car was ready & usually protected seats would be still be there. Unbelievable ******** never would say that unless it was 100% true. Now my Hyundai ****** is back for the 5th time for same issue. And now they recommend replacing engine. They should have done that after the 3rd time for same issue. Engine is a fire hazard according to Hyundai web sight. Of course **************** denies that. They name a cartoon character after him. Pinocchio

Tricked into purchasing a vehicle without knowing my previous loan was not paid in full with my trade in. Was told during deal it was taken care of. The finance department whips you through paperwork so fast you don't have time to read anything or ask questions. I did not realize loan was not fully paid off until getting home and re-reading paperwork. By this time it was to late. Now upside down ******** in my loan and to top that if I was to get into a car accident and total my car, my GAP insurance will not cover anything!!!!

I was tricked into purchasing a vehicle, in which they up charged me by $15,000.00 . The deal was made in a hurry as I was shopping during my lunch hour. The vehicle I was interested in is advertised for $21,380. They gave me $8,000.00 for my trade in and then up charged me +/- $15,000.00 As I was pressed to return back to work, they wrote up the offer and unbeknownst to me, I was paying exceedingly over asking price.
