We spent $11,895.00.38 at Doyons Appliance in Reading. They were purchased in August and delivered to us November 1st. We ordered 5 appliances for our new home. Upon delivery we noticed the refridgerator and washer were dented. We told the delivery man and were offered us $50 refund. Our small fridge does not work at all, right out of the box and our microwave also does not work right out of the box. We called Doyons to request that they replace these, as they are out of the box brand new. They are refusing and saying they have to send tech support out to our home and that the wait is long. When I call to speak to a manager I am being told he is in meetings. This was a large amount of money to spend on brand new appliances that dont work and to be told that they have a wait list for techs to come out to try to fix appliances that should have arrived in the brand new condition we purchased them as. Taking off work for a tech to come into my home is costing us more time and money.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. When I made the complaint they gave me a service date for my microwave and fridge on Dec 30th but I dont want a tech to fix my appliances. They are brand new, I want like for like exchange and its just terrible customer service since they are competing with big box stores. If o knew this was going to happen I wouldve just gone to Best Buy or ****** and bought my appliances.Business response

We have reached out to the customer and we have agreed to exchange the appliances that they are having issue with. We acknowledged that we were at fault for our lack or urgency. We have spoken with the customer directly, and hopefully this will rectify the situation, and make the customer happy. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.Customer response
