Took my **** homda civic on April 26th 2023 to have radiator fixed charged me over 330 dollars. Not even 30 days later car was over heating again, brought car back to be checked told me it was fine. *** began over heating again took back on June 21 2023 had car for another week told me replaced with a new radiator again but upon inspection it was not replaced and refused to fix again. He charged me for replacing with a new radiator and never did the work but claims he did. I wanted him to fix with the service I paid for already and he won't so I would appreciate my money back to get fixed correctly.Customer response

Hello to whom it may concern. I am ***************** owner of bruhms tire in regards tocomplaint 20251554. On behalf of the response to the vehicle that over heated from april and back in june. That was two months of time. When they brought the car back to me they clearly said the vehcile was overheated. As i looked at it the raditor filler tube was melted off and the raditor fill melted. A vehicle overheats at a temperature of ******* degrees. The plastic which has special resin starts to melt at 495 degrees. Now. The it was not the raditors fault but a driver error not noticing the temperature gauge and damaging the raditor. Badly. Im been in this bussiness as well as two of my employees adding up to 90 years. Not one of us has ever seen anything like that. Therefor it wasnt my fault nor the raditor. I have been in business for 34 years and never had a complaint to lead to this. I
keep my reputation so i put another raditor in the car and said please i do not want to see this car a
gain. Especially when they were rude to me and gave me no respect not only did i put another radiotr in the car. I paid for the new one labor and antifreeze all at my expense. So therefor i will not give a refund nor work on that car again. For it was not the raditors fault thank you *****************Customer response
