October ******* I dropped my car off to have a car starter installed.Unbeknownst to me, my car already had a car starter installed, which, to the educated car person, the symbol on the key fob is a giveaway, as well as the fact that car starters are now standard in most cars. The representative at Ziebarts did not imply or mention that my car already has the product I was seeking to be installed in my car. They charged me almost $400 and then denied deceptive practice/wrong doing when confronted with the information. I would like a refund on this service.Business response

Customer was called. Product they bought was explained. Offered a refund and they accepted. Customer came in and was issued a refund and product was uninstalled. Customer did not understand this is a vehicle remote upgrade and was informed at time of purchase but did not understand. No deceptive practices were done.Customer response
