      I purchased from Foley Motor Sports A 2014 ***** ****** port approximately one year ago with 40,000 miles. As per the transaction documents, it was clearly stipulated that the vehicle was sold under the representation of being under-quoted by special material and accompanied by a seven-year warranty of protection. Recently, a thorough inspection conducted by a certified mechanic revealed significant deterioration (rotten) in the suspension lines, necessitating repairs estimated at $4,000. This is particularly concerning given the vehicle's low mileage increase of only 10,000 miles since the purchase.This situation presents two disconcerting possibilities with the former being supported by mechanic's findings: either the vehicle was sold with pre-existing, undisclosed defects in the suspension system, or there has been a misrepresentation regarding the under-quoting of the vehicle. Either scenario is a matter of serious concern and potentially constitutes a breach of the terms of sale and warranty since they intentionally covered/concealed rust with a protective material, rather than replacing the parts at the time of the sale as they should have by 90 day law. I have reached out to Motor Sports in writing twice but with not response on the matter. Rather they sent me an email on if I wanted to buy a car.

      Purchased a 1989 C4 Corvette from RJ **********************, from Foley Motorsports of ********** **. In June 2020.We were told by the salesman that the car supposed was owned by RJ **********************, and it was one of his own cars; actually, we have learned that Mr. ********************** purchased it from an auction in The car needed a lot of work as we were told that the car had been sitting in his garage for 31 years. And everything had dried out. Mr. ********************** stopped paying for repairs; not because there weren't any... But because he felt he had extended himself enough. We stopped driving the car, and it only has 5900 miles on it, because we were afraid that we would get stuck and have to have it towed. We received a notice from the registry eight months ago that there was a discrepancy on the mileage, and contacted Mr ********************** on May 13th. Mr. ********************** has told us many times, as we have contacted him repeatedly, and he tells us that the corrected title was in the mail. I have put the car up for sale, and we are unable to get a clear title. And we can't sell it. Mr. ********************** is sarcastic, and laughs when we contact him, and assures us that "his girl" has handled it. We have since discovered that Mr.********************** purchased the car knowing all along that there was a discrepancy on the title in as far back as 2015. We contacted our lawyer, who contacted Mr. *********************** And he still hasn't done anything. We have pulled Car Fax and AutoCheck Reports that support the information that he has not been honest in this transaction from the beginning. The vehicle's score on Auto Check is usually 51 to 69... it is rated a low score of 41.

      To whom it may concern;

      In regards to ********************* and the 1989 Chevrolet Corvette purchased at auction by Foley Motorsports the vehicle at the time had a clean title and documented mileage of 3,921. A clerical error was corrected by the state of******** and subsequently in *************. We reached out to the RMV today and ****** is reaching out to ***** about the issuance of a clear title and the delay that the RMV is experiencing in handling these issues because of a work force shortage.

      Attached you will find the email chain showing our communication with ***** in order to take care of the situation.

      RJ wants me to forward his cell number if any further questions ************.

      Complaint: ********

      I am rejecting this response because: Mr. ** *****, has emailed us on multiple occassions over the last 8 months since we found out about the rejected title. Each email from him assures that it was taken care of and the new title was in the mail. Not once has he followed through, or gotten back to us, other than to respond when we inform him that it never came.

      I can't sell the car, because of the discrepancy.

      We were told that this car was his from the getco. And in reality, he purchased it from an auction shortly before he sold it to us.

      I will believe it when I see it. And promising for 8 months... Complaint stays until I get my title. Or he can pay me 40,000.00 and buy it back.

      Sincerely,

      *********************

      RJ Foley has done what he could to rectify the issue with the title, and at this point it is in the hands of the registry.
