I purchased 3 Eheim quick couplings from Ken's Fish (online) on July 20, 2023. A few days later, I received a call from Ken's Fish stating that they did not have these items in stock (even though the website stated they did). They said they could send regular quick connects in place of these items. I agreed. I received the order on July 24, 2023 and instead of quick disconnects, I was sent 3 couplings (which would not work in my setup). I emailed Ken's Fish on July 24, 2023 to request a refund on these items. The email was not answered. On July 25th I called to discuss the issue. I was told I could return the items for a full refund. I asked about the return shipping charges and was told that I would receive a refund for the return shipping charges since it was their mistake. I was told to complete the *** form on the website. I completed the form on July 25th.I heard nothing back after completing the form. I called to ask about it on July 28th. I was told that they were busy and would get to the form over the weekend. The *** was finally approved on July 31st.I followed the directions for the *** and returned the items. I included proof of my shipping cost ($6.35) and a letter reminding them they were going to refund the items and shipping (per our conversation). On August 3, 2023, I received confirmation that the returned items had been received and a refund was issued for the three items. I did NOT receive a refund for the shipping charges.On August 3, 2023, I emailed Ken's Fish and requested the refund for the return shipping charges as promised. I did NOT receive a reply or refund. On August 7, 2023, I wrote again inquiring about the status of my shipping refund. I received no reply. On August 14, I again emailed inquiring about the refund and received no reply.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
