      Worst customer service ever! My mom bought a power chair from them less than two years ago. It has had nonstop mechanical problems. Early October a fire door in her apartment building closed on her chair and broke her footrest. It took them three weeks to fax the insurance form to her providers office and over a month with zero communication from them. When I called to request a loaner footrest, they said they would call back and never responded. My mom has had to use a bungee cord to hold her leg on her other footrest for FIVE weeks. Save yourself some heartache and find another mobility company!

      I give them no stars! We have been told they did not want to go to the skilled nursing facility to repair a chair. They have come to the facility three times twice for the tech to observe the problem with the chair and once to repair it. The chair has needed three repairs in the 18 months weve owned it new motors for months into ownership. At this point, we have waited close to six months for the needed repairs with little to nobody reaching out to us. We always have to reach out to them. They have asked us to do numerous things which we have complied with like getting a more recent doctors order ECT. Then when the pedal hits the metal, they dont want to come out to a skilled nursing facility. How about offering us some solutions that you can do like bring the chair into their facility. Ive had to connect them with doctors. Ive had to connect them with the insurance. I feel that I should not have to connect them with these people and they should be able to handle it themselves. So, my father sits with a very broken down chair thats not even that old with insurance to pay for it yet they wont come out. NUmotion and NUmotion bought out all the little companies now we have no other choice than to deal with them. Somebody **** to fix this for the people of *******!

      I cannot in good conscience rate NuMotion with a 1-star review. I had a technician visit to evaluate my wheelchair, where it was determined that I need new armrests and two casters. I also requested cover for my seated cushion. Fast forward six weeks, I received a phone call informing me that I needed to pay $400 before they could order my parts. When I asked for an invoice detailing the costs, the representative told me that they were unable to provide any written documentation. Frustrated, I requested to speak with a supervisor, who reiterated that invoices are neither emailed nor mailed out. This left me perplexedhow can I ascertain what portion of this cost my insurance will cover without a clear invoice?In the past, NuMotion has miscommunicated with me, causing confusion over my financial responsibilities. There were instances where I was told I'd need to pay the remaining balance, only to discover that my insurance had, in fact, covered 100% of the costs. This history is precisely why I have been persistent in seeking an invoice: I want clarity.Past history orders, all I've received is a document listing the parts title and item numbers, but it lacks pricing information or an overview of the total cost. As I reflect on my dealings with NuMotion over the past year, I find it alarming that I have yet to receive any parts or an itemized receipt, unless I pay the requested $400 upfront. If youre reading this and have been a customer of **********************, I urge you to scrutinize your paperwork and ensure that you have a detailed, itemized receipt. Contact your insurance to confirm the amount they have paid. Its been a frustrating year, and all I've encountered in my attempts to resolve this issue is a wall of silence and lack of support. Remember, as we all age, many of us will inevitably require a wheelchair. I sincerely hope that karma doesnt catch up with you for all for the poor customer service and bad business practices.

      I took my 7 yo son to get fitted for a new wheelchair and a ******* activity chair. Prior to that , I asked about any outstanding bill I may have as I was going to turn it in with my KB ******** renewal. I was told there was no bill. So I take him to get measured excited about the ******* for my son. 4 weeks go by I havent heard anything and on the app it shows no nee orders. So I call to see what is the status as I know it needs to go through insurance first, only to find out they never processed it due to an old outstanding bill. First I was told the bill was $56.00 then 2 weeks later told it was $2200.00. I emailed the billing department and have not heard back since!!!!! Im frustrated because for one.. NOBODY CALLED TO INFORM ME THEY WERE NOT PROCESSING THE ORDER AND FOR 2, I WAS GIVEN 2 different amounts AND BILLING WONT RESPOND!!! I guess they really dont care about servicing special needs .. its all about the money.. mind you they bill like 70k and more for equipment . I look at my insurance claims!! And the cost is outrageous YET they wont call or respond to my current orderand now my 7 year old will not have equipment.

      horrible business, after 2 years of fighting to get a product that is for myself and works it still hasn't happened. now i can't talk to anyone I get lied to, and told a supervisor will get back to, which no one has ever.

      Horrible customer service, the 4 separate employees I have spoken with have been very nasty and are not interested in resolving any issues. Don't use this service!!

      If you can go somewhere else like ***** I believe it's felt differently but I got a wheelchair from pneumotion not even a year ago and I've had several problem with the tires right now my tires are held together by zip ties called them over a week ago no help and it's the only way I can get around I have one leg they measured me they measured my house they still got it wrong and it takes a month to get any repairs done now when you're only means of getting around is a wheelchair that is not feasible and they offer no help and also they have charge my insurance company for every time that they needed like the anti-tip wheels they got all Six Tires get them when I need the casters they get all six tires and plus they begin with the first tires were way too big for the wheelchair size and they should have known that then they got all new tires including casters that they couldn't give me the casters when I needed them one of my friends had to fix it for me so definitely I do not recommend them please go somewhere else the stock wheelchair that I had for a couple years was way better than this $7700 manual wheelchair I have the seat cushion that they gave me which I don't use was $400 tell them to take it back in there oh no you have to use it but I don't use it I highly recommend going somewhere else

      I am a husband to an amputee who hasnt received a wheelchair provided by the insurance company for my wifes way of life. Her chair has been broke down for approximately two weeks now and numotion has made no type of attempts to help her get a new temporary chair until the joystick is replaced on her wheelchair. We have reached out to the insurance company and they said that they do pay for loaners. The company keeps on telling me that there is no way they can help me because they dont have any loaners right now. I find it really hard to believe that they do not help people that have had three strokes and a leg amputation that depend on a wheelchair for their quality of life. That theyve refused to help I only ask that people please do their research before going with this company. My wife signed up for this company before she was discharged from the hospital because it was mandatory with her situation. She has to fell many times due to the situation of not having a wheelchair .

      Horrible customer service and technicians that have no knowledge how to do their job. I have been trying to get my wheelchair fixed for a year. The seat broke and the arm cracked. Ive sent text, emails, Ive called and I have chatted with **** to no avail. I cannot walk and Numotion left me without my wheelchair. Do not make business with this company, they do not care about their customers! ********* ******, ****** ******* and ***** did nothing to follow up, ***** the tech is clueless. So disappointed in this company!

      There customer service is deplorable especially given that their customers are people in wheelchairs that need these services for mobility and ultimately freedom. It takes months to get an appointment scheduled with them and safety is not a concern. Missing bolts and chairs that roll after stopped are not a concern for them and they will require you pay them money even if they didn't fix the wheelchair. Then if you get upset with them they will discontinue any service. Even though ironically they were not providing service. I would strongly recommend not using this company.
