      On April 11th, I sold my iPhone to buy back engineer order lb00350 and was to be paid $285 the day it was Delivered to them. Delivery was confirmed on the 18th. They will not respond, return phone calls and now I cant Even access their website.

      In march of 2022 i sent these people a phone with the agreement of receiving $280. 3 wks later, no money..no phone returned, and they have ceased to exist.

      I created an order to ship my iPhone XS to the company on March 28, 2022 and shipped it out the next day. They sent an email on April 1, 2022 confirming that they received the phone and expected to complete the order and payment for the phone by the end of the day. I emailed them on April 8, 2022 to follow up on the order.I have called them multiple times and sent emails but have gotten no response. The calls now go directly to voicemail.I sent an email on April 18, 2022 and received an undelivered message saying that the email couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail.I have seen reviews on Trust Pilot with similar customer experiences dating back to April 1, 2022, and left my own review.

      This is a cellphone buyback company. It was agreed they paid me $272 for the trade in. They dont respond to calls and emails and its been like a month.       I entered into an agreement to send an IPhone 11 to them in exchange for $441 via check. They received the phone on March 31st via **** (Tracking #**********************************). I emailed them the following week and was told the check was shipped out on the 1st and if I had not received it by early this week (11th) to email them and let them know. I emailed them on Tuesday this week and explained I had not received it, no response. I emailed them today again for a followup and I get a bounce back saying the ************************************ email does not exist. You can imagine how worried this got me. I want either the cash promised or the phone back!

      They purchased my IPHONE 11pro plus for $340.00. I got A confirmation email that they received my phone and they will be sending me the payment on 3/29. I never have received the payment. I emailed the company I started emailing the company on 4/1 letting them know I never received The payment. Then on 4/4, I received an email from them saying they approved my payment on 4/4 and I should have it in three days. I never Received the payment and now they ar no longer responding to any of my emails. No payment but yet they still have my phone.

      I entered an agreement with BuyBackEngineer on February 22nd of 2022 to send in 8 iPhones 11 64 GB Cricket and they agreed to pay $247 for each phone, $1976 for all 8 phones. I have documentation that the devices were received and that they were in perfect condition. They were supposed to issue the payment the next day after receiving the phones. Today is march 17th, 15 days have passed since they received the phones, and they haven't issued payment nor returned the phones.They don't answer the phone and haven't answered the last emails that I've sent them.I want them to issue payment or return the phones as soon as possible.

      I entered an agreement with BuyBackEngineer the 10th of January, 2022 to send in 2 iPhones (iphone 11 and iphone 11 pro **** for them to pay me $900. I tracked the shipping number and saw that it arrived at their PO box on the 15th of January. I did not hear anything from them so I emailed for status on the 3rd of February. I did receive a reply back that day stating they will check on the order. However, I did not receive any status back so I emailed them again on the 7th of February. I received a response on the 11th of February stating they are on a new platform and experiencing technical issues and wanted to know how I preferred my payment method. I responded back the same day. I sent more emails with no responses back. Throughout this process I even called and left voicemails with no answers/reply. On the 1st of March, I got lucky and was able to get an actual person answering their phone. They checked on my order and stated they processed my payment through their portal again and I should see it overnight. It is now March 10, 2022 and this is still not resolved.

      I entered an agreement with BuyBackEngineer the 1st of December, 2021 to send in my iPone 11 Pro and they agreed to pay $440 to me for the device. I have documentation that the device was recieved but they advised they had problems with their back end payment platform. Then they advised at the end of December they would distribute checks to customers with an additional $10 for the delay. That was 30 days ago. They do not answer their customer service line and are not responding to their customer service on-line portal.
