They have done three jobs for me and all have had issues. On the first job they overcharged me, but we were able to resolve that. On the second job, I hired them to reseal a shower for a leak and when they came, they decided to caulk it and made a mess out of the shower walls, the shower floor in the bathroom floor. There was white, not clear, caulk everywhere and the shower was still leaking. I had to hire a handyman, and another plumber to fix it. When I called and talked to the manager there, I was met with belligerence and he was incredibly rude. They bought out the plumber I used to use so I used them a third time to come and fix a drain in my basement. That two washers drained into. They were to reconfigure the **** So that when both washers were draining, there would be no leaking as currently. There was a small overflow when they were both drying at the same time. They charge me $699 dollars to do this and made the issue worse. (I'm full transparency it took me a few months to find out because my tenants didn't tell me until some of their stuff was damaged). I called them to fix it and they told me they would not service me or do and more business with me. I have always been curious and reasonable with them but I have been taken advantage of and am seeking that they just fix the mistake they made.

Thru ****** I purchased a hot water heater with installation for $5,764.39 (Work Order #********), I have paid $3,000 and would like a reasonable adjustment taken of the remaining balance due to the major inconvenience, work to remediate the flooding, rent equipment to dryout the walls, floor/carpet, replace baseboards, lower walls and carpet flooded and additionally several boxes of shirt inventory from our home business was also wet from sump water and no longer suitable for sale. The Unsatisfactory Installation took place on 9/8/2023 at my home at *******************************************************. ****** contracted a 3rd party installer to perform the installation(Denommee Plumbing in ************, ** ************). The installers negligently disconnected my sump pump during the installation of my water heater causing my basement to flood into my unfinished/finished basement areas. Prior to the installer starting the installation I advise ****** of Denommee Plumbing(****** contractor) that the basement will flood quickly if the sumppump doesn't remain functioning properly. The water heater was installed only 6 inches from the sump well and there were 4 contractors of Denommee performing the installation stood in water overflowing from the sumpwell as it flooded into our finished basement and also up through the foundation into our finished basement. The baseboards are damaged and off the wall, the carpet now has a wet musty smell. We would like a reasonable adjustment to compensate for the unsatisfactory installation so that we can be reimbursed, compensated for the inconvenience and replace the carpet/baseboards and have the flooded area inspected for mold/moisture. I made multiple attempts to come to a reasonable resolution with ****** and the contractor directly but have been unsuccessful in resolving this matter. They said they would make this right but have failed to do so. note: pictures are after I started remediating as picture were not my first priority upon discovery
