Total Temperature Control came to our house on September 13, 2023. We called them because our HVAC system was not working properly and we wanted them to evaluate it, provide a solution, and then ultimately fix it. They charged us $210 for the evaluation. When they were finished with the evaluation, they explained to us that they would email us a recommended solution in the next few days and then we would go from there. The person who came to our house also told us that they were going to speak with their "duct person" to get their opinion. They left our house without fixing anything. After the visit on September 13, we did not hear from them for almost 2 weeks so we called the office to follow up and ask where our evaluation/recommended solution was. The woman we spoke with was rude, dismissive and condescending. She told us that these things take time, but we should hear back in the next week or so. It has now been 1 month since they came to our house and we still have not received any follow-up. It appears that they just took our $210 with no intention of helping us further. We would like our $210 refunded to us.
