    Just tried ******* for a month to see if it would work for me. I paid the monthly price as to no commit fully just yet. Honestly it worked good enough. The live streams had issues and for the cost, there shouldn't be any issues.... but it worked well enough. I decided to cancel since the price is too high for an app that isn't fully without issues and that's where it went wrong and I'm giving 1 star. I canceled via online, 5 days before my account set to renew for another month. My account even stated it was canceled and that the service would still be available for 5 more days. I happen to check my credit card statement on day 5 and sure enough, I'm billed for another month. I called the customer service number and all I got all day was a message saying nobody was available to help and that I should call back later (even tho the hotline hours were clearly listed and it was within the operating hours) I did eventually speak with someone later in the day around 330pm. The lady who answer was very nice but it sounded like there was multiple dogs in the background barking. She had a hard time taking my name and email (very frustrating) The issue needed to be sent elsewhere to get resolved and i was told to wait for an email. I was refunded pretty quickly about 12 hours later. An email came in within 24 hours saying it was also refunded. I'm thankful it wasn't a long painful process. But why should I have to make a call to begin with, when I already canceled online and got confirmation that my service was canceled. Seems shady to me. The email I received also kinda made it seem like I never canceled but they were willing to "canceled it for me" and offer a refund. Maybe I read it differently than it was meant... Hopefully anyone reading this is ready to watch their credit card statements when it comes time to cancel.
