United Site Services timeline: Tuesday, Oct 1 - received United Site Services porta john at job site Wednesday, Oct 2 - invoiced and charged Wednesday, Oct 16th - no cleaning Tuesday, Oct 29 - invoiced and charged Wednesday, Oct 30th - no cleaning Wednesday, Nov 13th - no cleaning Monday, Nov 18th - United Site Services picked up our porta john unannounced and without notice (1.5 weeks before project was completed) Actions taken:10/1 & 10/2 - spoke with Sarah, Jesse & Victoria about 10 incorrect invoices sent 10/30 at 5:23PM - sent April a photo of the service record 10/31 at 11:53AM - called to check on cleaning & reimbursement 11/1 at 6:10PM - called to check on cleaning & reimbursement 11/4 at 2:51PM - called to check on cleaning & reimbursement 11/11 at 11:37PM - called to check in on cleaning & reimbursement 11/12 - filled out a company feedback form that was sent to me by the company (was not contacted in regard to my responses)11/13 at 9:40AM - called to make sure we were getting a cleaning this day, was told yes 11/13 - called that evening to share that our promised 11/13 cleaning did not happen 11/16 at 10:56AM - sent Mercy a photo of the service record & photo of porta john11/18 - called United Site Services to ask why our porta john was removed early 11/19 at 7:55AM called to ask why our our porta john was removed early 11/19 at 9:37AM - voice message from Delilah stating our porta john was not going to be brought back 11/19 at 4:30PM - spoke to yet another rep and asked why I got the voice message I did from Delilah. Asked to speak to Supervisor. Spoke to Jason (found out later he was a salesperson for the company, not the Supervisor). Rude. Mean. Unprofessional. 11/19 at 6:30PM - United Site Services tried to return the porta john unannounced and without notice; I kindly said no thanks and asked the driver to take it back Sincerely, A former customerReview from Scott H

Very disappointing that we scheduled and paid in advance to have port-o-johns for the Beaver County Veterans Day Parade and United Site Services failed to deliver. We had thousands of people show up for the parade and no toilets. We never received any notification from anyone at USS. I called the morning of the parade and they said they would find out and call me back but that never happened. A huge fail for United Site Services on Veterans Day.Review from Daryl L

A horrible experience with the Billing Department! After 4 1/2 YEARS of paying for a ********** Pole on time each month. We paid automatically each month and all of a sudden we get phone calls from them stating that they would have to send us to Collections. They claim we did not pay them for 5 months! Even with my copies of proof from our bank. We were even asked for our check account numbers and routing numbers! A scam? then when we called and asked to speak to another representative and asked them why would we have to give them that - we were told they didn't ask for it and another company must be doing their billing. Be careful with using this company! We are seniors and feel so threatened with having a bad credit rating!Review from Sebastian N

Absolutely horrid company. Originally charged me 1145.36 for our event last may and paid on the phone with a credit card. . All of a sudden We got an addition charge of $531.52. Not once but 3 times I spoke on the phone with agents and they all said they would investigate the difference. I tried emailing them and sent them the statement showing I was paid in full. I was told 2 times they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. They eventually threatened me with sending to collections so I paid because I do not want my credit hurt, but I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will urge everyone I know to not use this company and I will continue to fight them until my money is returned to me.Review from jordan t

I would strongly recommend not using United Site Services. I have had nothing but issues with them. My portapotty was scheduled for weekly cleaning and week after week it was never cleaned. When I called I was constantly told the gate to my site was locked even if staff members were on-site the entire day that United Site Services was open. At no point did they call to figure out was going on, they simply charged me without performing any work. Even now I'm struggling to get them to send me my invoices so I can pay it and be done with them. You will regret hiring this company!Review from Rachelle C

We have had so many problems with this United Site Services after they purchased the company we had been using previously. Do not use them. The biggest issues that I have with them is attempting to resolve any questions or issues you may have. The customer service employees are unable to call anyone in management...everything is done via email. I have been attempting to resolve a dispute on an invoice for 3 months now and they are now threatening to send me to collections even though I have placed inquiries on this invoice multiple, multiple times over email and phone (sometimes twice a day). I am always told the same thing...they are sending the request to credit and I should give it 24-48 hours to hear back. I NEVER hear back. Highly, highly unprofessional. We have, of course, moved on to another company. I entreat you to spare yourself many hours of frustration and do NOT use this company.United Site Services Response

Operating a jobsite with a temporary trailer, we have had a septic tank for about 2 months now, the first time they show up and the driver is yelling at all of the people on the site to move their cars. Even when people tried moving their cars he continued yelling at people and running around our jobsite entrance yelling at workers. Driver was rude and had no patience for the 5 minutes it took to move cars so he could pump the tank.
