I ordered a necklace for my step mom ***** on 4/27/22 and she never received it. I attempted to contact the company and heard nothing back from them! I used my ****** account to purchase this necklace. I am extremely unhappy and think they are a bunch of crooks.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pandora inspired charm for the 2021 holiday. Item has not arrived and it's 1/25/22. I have been given the run around from being told it's back order and will be shipped, to they don't know when it will arrive. I would like the item to be shipped or a full refund. These deceptive business practices should not be tolerated and other consumers should avoid doing business with this company.Business response
