I ordered an item from this business directly online and was promised a specific date before I purchased the item. Once the confirmation email came, they changed the date with no information as to why this changed. I tried to contact the company on the phone and through their online system but never got a response. They still have not shipped the item and the estimated delivery date continues to move further away. No contact or response from company. I am not satisfied with their customer service and have already been charged. They were honest about shipping or communicative when contacted for an explanation.Initial Complaint

Submitted an order for Christmas gift for my son - sweatshirt and hat - totaling $92.78.My bank card was charged immediately but no order confirmation or tracking information ever given.Have emailed customer service with only response being that they will get back to me.Have also tried calling customer service. Approximately 3 weeks ago I ordered a shirt from 47 Brand for my nephew but It didnt fit. I have, literally, spent hours today attempting to contact customer service for ********************** re exchanging it. It was absolutely impossible to reach them and I called every number that I saw on their website and the internet. I then checked with BBB - very unfortunately on the back end of this purchase, and was dismayed to read the many, MANY complaints that have been filed against this company. Their behavior certainly seems fraudulent in their not having a contact number available for customers communication which has allowed them to continually rip people off at will.Customer response

Placed an order on their website on 9/14/23 (47brand.com)ORDER #******* In the confirmation email of the order it says shipping 3-8 business days. The order status on the website is still showing preparing. I reached out via email on 9/21 and 9/22 as that is the only method available on their site to contact them. I have yet to receive an email back on the status of my order.Customer response

#******* is my order number. I ordered caps from 47 Brand. I was told 5 to 7 days. This order was placed on 7/14. I was sent a tracking number ***** tracking number: ********************** and that is NOT a Fed Ex Tracking number. I tracked it through DHL and The US *************** DHL has had the package since June 17th. I called Them (DHL) and they said they have no idea where the package is. They say it is lost or stolen. I called ******** and they say they have never received the package. I then start contacting 47 Brands ***************** I did so through email. The 47 Brands customer service is pathetic. Horrible. They sent an email saying we sent the wrong tracking information, after I contacted them. I explained the package is not making progress. I want those caps especially the Colorado Buffaloes cap. They keep saying track it. These 47 Brands People are pathetic and their service is ridiculous. I still do not have the caps I ordered. They should discount this order by at least 50% after all the c*** I have had to deal with. Horrible service and Horrible experience.Customer response

Purchased a shirt on 1/21/23 for the total amount of $46.01. Per email said it would be 5-10days to receive my shirt. I reached out to them via email and was told there was delay and it should be shipping out shortly. Its now 2/16/23 and I still have not received my shirt. I have sent 3 emails to which only 1 was responded to. I want my money back as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/26/2022. I received a confirmation email for the order which was 6 items at cost of over $200. Email states shipping would take **** days and I would receive notification of shipment. These items were Christmas presents and it is now 12/23/2022 and we have received no notice of shipment. Their customer support does not take phone calls and I have emailed customer service 4 times between 12/18 and 12/22 with NO response. This is extremely disappointing because they have very good products, but poor customer service will most likely prevent me from buying from them again.Initial Complaint

I have tried to order a certain product from them 5 times now and each time I've ordered they have canceled my order which is good and fine. There is some sort of issue with thier site. They keep saying it's a VPN issue but in one of the first 2 cancelations the one rep tells me it isnt because of that it's was just out of stock. I am using their reward points system. When they are canceling these orders they are not returning my reward points. They owe me like $11 for the one they canceled today and 500 rewardpoint right now = $50 for the last 2 orders. My complaint is that thier customer service department is terrible. I have sent close to 12 emails about my points an I've gotten a return exchange link twice from them which is no help. Then when you call there number which I have at least 200 times all hours of the day. No one ever answers the phone. All I want is my cash for the last order and my reward points.Customer response
