Worst company EVER. They take your money and then make excuses for months and never get the work done. Will make every excuse in the book to not show... car accident, car won't start, had to pick up kid from school, ... Argumentative, unprofessional and should not be doing business anywhere. BRUTAL COMPANY. Very unprofessional. Scheduled service, but never showed. They gave 3 excuses over 3 days and could care less about the urgency needed for A/C repair. Many lip service texts also suggesting he would look at heating system for carbon monoxide when not needed. I honesty believe their numerous positive feedback's are fake.I would think twice before calling this company for services.First time in 30 years I have given a negative review, but this company deserves it.Review from David D

Worst experience with an HVAC Company ever. At first he seemed legit, but after finding numerous issues with the installation that caused damage to the system and added numerous repairs to the house, insulation, and heating and cooling systems my best advice is STAY AWAY.Unfortunately we didnt find the issues until after we had paid in full at which point he said their workmanship warranty had expired on a system that had only run for one season.Farrell Heating & Air Conditioning Response

*****, your workmanship warranty had expired and unfortunately we could not get out to you (************) in the time frame you had hoped. This is the first we are hearing about multiple issues with the system as well from the time we installed it in 2020. You had inquired us a few times about doing jobs for your contracting company from when we completed your installation in 2020 to up until 3 months ago, now youre having an issue with your system and we are very disappointed to hear about this complaint as we never refused to come out to address any issue with your system, we physically could not get to ************ in the amount of time you had hoped and for that I do apologize.Review from George C.

On 10/16/20 I received a quote from Farrell Heating & A/C to install a new gas heating system in my home. Farrell quoted a figure of $7500 & I gave him a 50% deposit of $3750. He said he would order the equipment & start the installation 2 weeks. After 2 weeks with no contact from Farrell, I called him. He stated that we should call the gas company to arrange for a new gas line to be installed. The gas company advised that they did not install new lines in the winter ********** would have to wait until April at the earliest. They put us on a list & said they would call in the spring. We called *************************** said that he would come & install the equipment but not connect it until the gas line was installed & that I should pay the remaining 50% of $3750 when the job was complete, but he never came to install the equipment. The gas company installed the new line on 7/21/21. On 9/1/21 (nearly a year after the initial quote) Farrell came, left parts & left after a couple of hours. I asked for his **************** of insurance-he said he didn't have a plumbers *********** could f--- off for the rest. Then he said he would need an additional $2500 for a new A/C unit & $150 for freon. I asked what happened to the existing freon, but no answer. From then on he would make arrangements to work, but time after time would either not show up or show up hours later than his arranged time with always an excuse, problem on another job, bad weather. problem at home, etc. I tolerated this because winter was coming & I needed the system. When he advised the install was complete, he submitted a new **** for an increased amount. We refused & paid the remaining 50% of $3750. Since then, Farrell has continued to send texts asking for an additional $2750, even threatening us saying that "things were going to get nasty' for us. ******, I am honestly appalled to hear about all of this as I was personally on this job and I personally printed out copies of our licenses as well as liability insurance. We gave you a quote and over a year later the town finally installed your gas line, once they installed it we came out and we discussed that pricing has increased due to the increase of pricing of equipment. You agreed to the increase of pricing and we proceeded with the installation. When it came time to receiving final payment you refused to pay the agreed upon amount. We kept our composure when you were not happy when we asked for the remaining balance and you threatened our staff to get off of your property when it came time to collect final payment. I personally walked you around to each and every vent in your home so you could feel the warm air pumping out of your system and you were extremely happy with the results of your installation. Unfortunately, it took a few more days than anticipated since we could only fit one person at a time in your attic. This was an extremely unfortunate ending to an otherwise pleasant exchange throughout the year it took for the town to install your gas line. During this time your wife was updating us throughout the year and we had not spoke with you since we first met when we gave you the quote, all communication on your end was through your wife. We had made multiple written attempts to collect the balance due and it remains unpaid.Review from Elena S

This business has "BBB accredited business" logo on their business cards. They are NOT accredited as you can see. Last Sept we signed a contract to install a mini split. Total amount was $8400, half due at signing. It was agreed the installation will be the 1st week of Oct. At the end of Sept we reached out, the install got pushed back 2 wks. We reached out again after, it got pushed back another 2 wks. This kind of delay continued. On November 1st, roughly 2 months after we signed the contract they requested $2500 more to complete the job, saying prices of equipment have gone up. (why the equipment wasn't purchased?) We said no to the increase and wanted to cancel at that time, he agreed not to increase the price and the wait continued. The installation never happened.There were a lot of reasons why they couldn't do it - other jobs, weather, personal. We were sympathetic and understanding all through that but after 4 months we reached the limit. This job takes 2 days to complete. We wanted it done in the fall months so we can use the heating in the winter. We realized this kind of lack of service may continue for a while and even after installation we were worried if something goes wrong it will take a long time for them to take action. We canceled the job on Jan 1st and requested our deposit back. Per contract (and he repeated that in his emails) they are supposed to return the deposit minus 5% within 30 days.49 days later we have not received our deposit back. We have tried to reach them for 2 weeks, but they don't answer the phone, voicemail or emails. I have all email correspondence as proof. I called from my cell phone but he never answered, then I tried calling from another phone (that he won't recognize) he picked up but as soon as he heard who I was he hung up. Classic scam. We have filed a small claim.
