I had a drain problem. Called a number and asked if this was *****. The answer I got was yes. Instead another company showed up (the one I am complaining about) They said referral was from ***** and that they worked together. Turns out it was not. While they did clear the drain. They also suggested I needed a more expensive cleaning performed. (about $1300). I accepted and then got a call as they stated I needed to replace the entire drain system (based upon camera survey). They never offered video of said survey. Sales person came out and quoted me a price of more than $28,000. I got suspicious at this point and called another company that does pipe relining. They came did the camera survey (for a cost), gave me video, and stated my drains were in NO need of repair. I think that this company that came out was disreputable and I didn't need the additional drain service (water jet). It was just way to scam me and get an additional sum of money. I would hope there is some penalty that they would be subject to.Business response

Hi this is *** from super service today. We have been trying to reach *************************** but no return call. Please call me when you get this to discuss this complaint as we think he is being misinformed
Please before he invests in a solution that will fail. I personally reviewed his video inspection and it's not good.

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.I have been waiting for a call and have not received. I also had another company come out and they they me I need do nothing right now. I know I am going to get nowhere with this. I was hoping for a negotiated settlement re monies I spent but I realize not that is also a waste of time

We have tried several times to reach *************** by phone to go over the complaint. After watching the video there are some issues with the line and I am not sure who told him that there are no issues. We have sent him a copy of the video which clearly shows areas with a lot of build up and the cast iron is in poor condition. It has been 5 weeks since we were out there last and I would be surprised if he hasn't had any issues since we were out.Customer response

The answer I got this time was exactly the same as the last time. Why would I accept it. People who do not read or learn history are bound to repeat it. Another well recommenced drain company was out and their recommendation was to do nothing right now. I was promised a call from some manager. I have not received it on my cell or home. No message has been left, so there is a disconnect to what they are stating. Pants on fire. Well you know the beginning of that phrase. I am done but will never accept any answer they give as it is untrustworthy.
