      Do not buy or service your car here. I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee 4xe at this location and it has been a huge mistake. Ive taken car to the dealership 3x within one month to have them fix an issue. This car is constantly bucking, rattles loudly, sounds like a diesel truck half the time, I attempt to break and the car bucks forward after it has already come to a stop, I parked to finish a phone call and the car shut off on its own and when I turned it back on it was so loud, you would never think it was a new car, much less a hybrid. I take the Jeep to the dealership and they constantly say there is nothing wrong with the car. I scheduled one appointment for Monday, had it dropped off at 8:30am, Monday evening, I reached back out for an update and got no response, a half hour later I call, they claim they have not found any issues with the car, will take another look tomorrow, I requested a temporary car and they did not have anything available, attempted contacting them Tuesday and no answer, tried again Wednesday morning with no success until finally, around 1pm, I got an answer. ****************** claims the bucking is normal and for it to stop, I have to wait until the car reaches ***** miles, then "it will smooth itself out". When I asked about the issues when breaking, they stated that they did not experience any issues when breaking therefore, nothing needs to be fixed. They claim another "reason for the noise" is because the ** was on low when I recorded that video which they claim makes the battery "confused" while on low power. I took my car again for the 4th time since the check engine light came on, today is day 6 and I had to call to follow up, the service advisor claimed they had test drove it "so many times" meanwhile I am tracking mileage, gas and battery usage through the Jeep app and the numbers are exactly the same as when I dropped it off a week ago. Overall, the service department is careless and helpless.

      ****************** is absolutely horrible my has been there three times for the same cylinder head replacement with a total of three months picked car up told them I smell antifreeze they said it was ok told them engine is running horrible talked to technician shrugged his head didn't know what to say brought car home the following day puddles of antifreeze on ground opened hood antifreeze all over engine compartment ********* the service advisor is totally useless always making up excuses now I have to bring it back and I am horrified that this still won't be fixed right what do I do

      ***WARNING*** do not purchase a vehicle from this shady dealership. What a horrible horrible experience at this dealership. Its the second time that they have been finding ways to not ***** me the 1 Year Free Maintenance that the Salesman **** and I made a deal on. I overheard the sales manager, *****, talking stunt *********, the service rep, saying if its legit I have proof in my texts messages with the sales rep that I had this service. I have a diesel, they were trying to skimp and charge me for some services and just give me free oil. I texted the sales rep and had zero motive to help me solve this problem.once I expressed my frustration, he tells me good luck. I bought a $67K truck with a 1 year free Maintenance and they are not *****ing it. This is shady business dealings to close on a sale. This isnt how you do business. Shame on all of them.

      Good Morning, My name is ****** and I am reaching out to you all in regards to a shady and u professional business experience that I had while bringing my car for a diagnostic test at the lawless Jeep and Ram at 196 Lexington in Woburn MA. They refused to provide service to my car when I left it there for two days and their excuse was because my car was over mileage. That was a lie, they did not want to service my car because the client representative individual disclosed to me upfront the car had parts that had been recalled which were not in inventory. This was a liability to them and therefore they weee supposed to change those parts sooner or later and they felt the need to turn me away mind you i had left the car for two days. I am begging to whomever is reading my message to please fine this business and force them to send me for a free service elsewhere! They disclosed the recalled part in my vehicle and it was their responsibility to service me and not to me with an excuse that my car was beyond mileage. True lies!!
