I brought my car into your *******, ** location for an oil change on 10/17/24. Nothing more. I dealt with ********. I drove the car to your facility and it arrived in fine working condition. I picked up the car, paid for the oil change and moved along. On 10/23/24, I am in traffic and every warning light comes on my dashboard, one indicating that the engine has no oil. That cant be, I assume-since the car was just in for an oil change a few days before. I immediately pulled over to determine what was going on. I pulled the dipstick, and it was bone dry. After waiting twice for *** over a period of hours, the technician arrived and confirmed the car had no oil, showed the oil had leaked out of the car and was caked to the bottom of the vehicle. The *** technician indicated that there was a problem with how the oil plug was secured after the oil change. I called Hogan Tire on 10/24/24, advised them of this and that I was on the way with the *** tow truck in my *********** technician corroborated my assessment. Your staff says that I will be called as soon as the car is on the lift. I tell them that I will remain in the area until that happens and that I will be there when the car goes on the lift. To my surprise, your company calls me, tells me that the engine will be fine and was caught it in time, and that I should be relieved. I was relieved and suspicious. When I came to get my car, **** apologized multiple times, confirmed that the person who completed the oil change did not do it correctly, that there was an issue was with the oil plug, and all the oil drained from the car. He thanked me for being gracious, and refunded me for the cost of the oil change,assuring me the engine is fine. It isnt fine. I drove the car home. It sounded OK for maybe 2 miles. After calling on 11/5, I was told they would not replace the engine. The car completely died the evening of 11/5/24.

False advertisement. Hogan Tires website has on their website that they "Well beat Any Competitors Price Well accept their coupons and honor their ads on any identical service package"I went to Hogan Tires, in **********. AT ******************************* for ************** which I spent over $900 on a break service.Once there I requested also an oil change.When I got the invoice I asked about using a coupon form a competitor for the ************** they said yes.Then I requested to use a Hogan Tire Coupon for the ******************* they said no because I cannot use 2 coupons on a single visit, because I was using one competitors coupon I couldn't use their own Hogan's coupon. Their manager **** said to no to apply the oil service coupon, which was a Hogan Tire coupon.Their website doesn't advertise that rule, Their Hogan Tire coupon for the oil service doesn't have written that rule either. They ripped me off with the oil service coupon and they didn't honored it. I could have gone for oil service anywhere, but I chose to stay there and give them my business. Their advertisement says clearly, we can match any competitors coupon, but it doesn't mention that only one coupon per visit, neither they Hogan ******** coupon doesn't mention that only one coupon per visit. I am planning to change my front pads and rotors, but I am not coming back there even though that they are the closer shop to my work.
