On 7/21/2024, I had booked an all inclusive vacation through this agency, bough and paid for in ******* time is getting closer to the vacation, the owner, "Zuly" was to set up the seat assignment through the airline. She made the call through the airline, they said she has to pay ***** which she refused to do. My husband and I are z=senior citizens, and would like to sit together. She asked us to wait 24 hours before the flight to get seats, we could not because we were taking chances in not sitting together. We set up the seats, and it costs ******, she refused to give us the credit towards and said we should have waited. I explained why we could not. This should have been done when the actual booking was done per the airline.Customer response

I Have to deal with abused customer like Mrs ****** ********* that does not appreciate travel agent work.
We do not pay for customer pre selected seat if she want the seat for free she could wait until she check in at the airport

False allegation against and complaints About my agency we did our job right!! please receipt below she agree
We review the information to her here at the agency ,she agree to the itinerary and travel information we give her.
She agree to it and pay for it. we make her sign credit card authorization form after review the travel document .Airline ticket are nor refundable ,we ask her if she wanted a travel insurance and she said not
therefore we do not own her anything ..

I am rejecting this response because: The credit card on file I signed, yes, I paid the agency in full, however, this is to include the seats, not the luggage, (I am aware this may be a separate entity)The seating was paid for by me with the credit card, but I had to pay the extra money in order to lock in seats for myself and spouse, this was additional charges I paid for. If the Agency said it was paid in full, then the answer to the reimbursement that came from my pocket, should be reimbursed by that Agency. Therefore, money for the seats is still outstanding. I wish to be reimbursed.
The Agency is contradicting itself in saying the trip was paid for in full, this means everything is inclusive and I should not have to pay additional fees for seats.
