On January 3, 2024, I took my dog to the Swan Harbor Animal Hospital to get a hot spot/infected wound looked at. The vet tech took my dog into the back to see "the vet", he was back there for about 20 minutes, and then the vet tech returned with a long list of medications that they recommended. I asked if I could please speak to the veterinarian, to which she replied "no, he's very busy with x-rays and other clients." First of all, there was maybe one or two other dogs in the entire facility so I know that that was a lie. Second of all, while my dog was being held in the back seeing this so-called vet, I googled reviews and found that others had left reviews saying the same thing about this ******* business and that they were told "the vet is too old and doesn't like to see patients face-to-face.". I addressed this to the vet tech and she said "oh yeah, he is also old and doesn't like to be exposed to people". So they told me two separate stories which I concluded to be lies. I am not even sure if the vet was present in the building and had no proof of that. I asked NUMEROUS times to speak to him or see him and I was denied and rushed out of there. I looked up Dr. Francis ********* and can't find much information on him either. This place is ******* and I think an investigation needs to be done, especially since I was not the only person to experience something like this. Check the google reviews.
