If I could give them a zero, I would. I am currently having my wages garnished because they failed to act on one of my accounts. they had four months to act on this account. I have communicated with them very well, but they will make promises to call you back, and they never do. I was referred to them by ****** ***. My original quote was $400 a month for 36 months. I am currently paying $954 a month, and I am told I will need to add more for all of my accounts to be resolved, and the "estimated" term has been upped to 42 months. Do not trust these people. They don't give a **** about you.Review from Jim G

They contacted me about a settlement. I called them immediately after getting the text message. I was on hold for 35 minutes on Friday afternoon, 2 hours and 40 minutes this morning and 1 hour and 12 minutes this afternoon. I need to know what the heck is going on. Worst company to ever work for. I’ve been paying them since 2/2023 and haven’t settled my debt yet and have no one to talk to to get answer from on what’s the next step. I believe this company is a scam and isn’t even real, I’ve been calling them for 5 days with no one real to talk to to give me something that I haven’t been scammed.Review from Shawn M

When you call them there is no lawyer to talk to it is the same lady that you can't understand and she will tell you that a lawyer will call you back, also I caught on when they call me about a settlement that they had already settle. Red flag and I am still getting mail and calls from the credit companies I have paid them over 4,000.00 dollars and nothing looking for full refund I could have paid the credit card companies my self If I knew this ...any lawyer out there that can sue these people for fraud.Review from Rosetta W

Greenberg Consumer Law, LLC was referred to me for debt relief. I didn't feel as comfortable due to the time frame it took them to negotiate my settlements. I rarely heard from them, they didn't send me a welcome kit, I didn't have any information regarding my Global Holding Account and no communications or statements from them. I received two scammers phone information that were familiar with my account. I didn't know these people. I have been paying them since 12/2021 from my bank account. So, I entered into a debt settlement contract with Greenberg Law, (I had no Late payments) and they told me that I would have to go late on some of my payments but when everything was paid off that they would make it right with the credit report. They also trick you by saying that they make a percentage of the settlement with each creditor, which does not encourage them to get the best settlement because the higher the settlement the more money they make. Also, they were supposed to have me out of debt within 2 years because of Washington state Law, however, they had me in a program for 4 years. Luckily something happened in my life that allowed me to pay off my program. Guess WHAT! They say now that they cannot fix my credit and the creditor can report the money that was outside the settlement as still owing on my account, on my credit report. SO, what did they really do for me, nothing! I could have done for myself what they did for me. And they made my credit worse than what it would have been. I highly recommend going through a different company than Greenberg LAW.
