The owner of the store constantly changes prices and tries to find creative ways to charge you more money for every single thing he is so unfair and racistBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/12/19) */ To whom it may concern: Our clients, Shawn and Christopher ******* have filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We would like to take a moment to explain what happened. On Thursday, December eighth, at approximately 4:30 PM, we received a shipping pallet for the previously mentioned client. We accepted the heavy pallet weighing 1300 lbs, they should have informed us before the pallet came so we could prepare. We called the Clintons to have them pick the order up before the end of the day so that we did not have to bring it into the store. The Clintons informed us that they did not want the pallet and to return it. However, the delivery driver refused to take the pallet back. We ended up being forced to have three people, including myself, bring the pallet into the store and store it so it was not stolen. They sent us the wrong label the next day to attach to the pallet and give to UPS, but UPS does not take pallets. Our store is small, and the pallet takes up a large amount of space. The company finally picked up the package on the 14th. On Monday, December 12th, Shawn Clinton came in again to drop off four heavy packages for a return, but only brought one label. She suggested we print the same label multiple times for each package, but UPS would not accept the packages, she would need different labels for each. We suggested putting them all in the same heavy-duty box so that they could still be sent off, which would cost over 45 dollars for heavy packing and the cost of a heavy-duty box. She was not willing to pay the fees. She eventually checked their email again and found more labels for the other boxes, so we were able to print them off and attach them to the packages. A couple of weeks ago, Mr. Clinton came in to pick up a package with somebody. She asked for candy, we told her it was $1.50. She asked to pay it later, but we refused. Mr. Clinton began using the F word and we were still polite to him. Since Mr. Clinton opened a personal mailbox with us, he has always come up with excuses and we do not argue with him. We have been giving him excellent service. They have said we have been changing our prices when in reality we charge different fees for different services. He would do a bait and switch he would "you want price he is not an honest person because he feels as if he can charge me more when he gets ready to put extra money in his pocket and not honor the original agreement of what she told me please make reference to my first mailbox number 154 instead of 254 again he believes in the caste system and he has an open racist! Also we want to go ahead and start to pickit at his store and maybe get a new scammer down there! If everyone do their jobs more African-Americans good make a complaint I could never find his listing until just recently it was listed in California I could never find the address to complain online. He is a liar nobody's worried about the batteries that's not why I filed a complaint I told him several months ago I couldn't find his company information I wanted to file a complaint he knows that he's a liar and a racist Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/12/22) */ The Clintons opened box 154 in September 2020 and closed the box a year later in October 2021. Then, in November 2021, they opened a new box, box number 254. We never argue with our customers, and we give them good service. If the Clintons want to close their box and stop using our services, they can at any time. If anybody wants to find our information, it is readily accessible online by simply searching "Flashmail Box & Ship" on any search engine. Our listing on the Better Business Bureau's website is just as easy to find. We are based in Maryland and have never operated in California. We have many ways you can find our store's information, including a website, a Facebook page, and even a page on Google's businesses section, all so that people know where we are and what services we provide. We have not been making our company's information purposefully hard to find. We charge everybody the same prices here, we do not upcharge our prices for different customers. We have a price for every service in our store. Both the initial complaint and the rebuttal insinuate that the manager, Mr. Ravinder Singh, is treating the Clintons unfairly because of their race. We do not tolerate bigotry of any kind in our store. The insinuation that we are bigoted is wildly unfounded and outright malicious. Mr. Singh is Indian and his only employee is a transgender youth. We have many clients of different backgrounds and treat each with the same service. The accusation that Singh "...believes in the caste system and he has sic an open racist" is prejudiced and xenophobic. Please see our Mailbox Rental Agreement attached. According to article 6, truck line deliveries are not supposed to be made here. We are only able to accept common carrier delivery, but we took the pallet out of courtesy for our customers.
