I placed an order for a valentine's day floral arrangement in February 2021 as advertised on Perzynski and Filar Florist website, Please see attachment 1 (Advertised Arrangement). Unfortunately, a different floral arrangement was delivered which did not match what was advertised. Please see attachment 2 (Delivered Arrangement). The advertised arrangement had a dozen and half full roses, what was delivered was a mixture of full and mini roses and was less than a dozen and half. Subsequently, I contacted the florist per the email below to give them feedback and find an amicable way of resolving the discrepancy and the false advertisement. I spoke to both owners - *** and Maryann, though they were not receptive to the feedback they promised to make amends the next time I placed an order with them which I deemed acceptable. I called on 12/20/2021 to place an order for my wife's birthday, but contrary to the initial agreement I was placed on hold for approximately ten minutes after which a worker came on the phone to rudely tell me that the owners remember me, but since I was not happy with their last delivery they are not going to serve me and hanged up the phone. By projecting such negative attitude, the florist added aggravation to my initial unjustifiable treatment. I deem such poor business practice as offensive and demeaning. Subsequently, I am abjectly requesting BBB to advocate on my behalf in this matter. Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/01/06) */ THIS TRANSACTION TRANSPIRED BECAUSE ON DECEMBER 20, 2021, WE OPTED NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER FROM THIS CLIENT DUE TO A PAST EXPERIENCE. HIS EXPECTATIONS EXCEED WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/01/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The company failed to address the fact that it delivered an arrangement which was far less than what it had advertised, which is tantamount to false advertisement and fraud. Also, it failed to honor the agreement of making amends as described in my initial complaint. I am absolutely glad never to do business nor refer them to anyone. At this point they are leaving me with no choice but to seek legal ramifications for the principle of it.
