My mom, **** *****, was at this Rehab for inpatient therapy due to a broken femur. Between the time my dad visited her on Jan. 8 and returned the morning of Jan. 10, her bottom dentures were missing. He reported it and staff started looking. In the beginning, I talked to several people about the missing dentures: Stephanie - Therapy, Alexis & Dyjae - Case Management and Elmira - Administrator. Stephanie wrote a brief document regarding the missing dentures that was given to Elmira. I was told by Alexis, they had a mobile dentist. She was going to see if they could set something up for my Mom. She was to call me back and never did. I wanted to know how they were going to handle the missing dentures after her discharge. No one called me back. My Mom was discharged to a Senior Living Facility on Jan. 17. On January 18th at 12:36 pm, the front desk took a message for Alexis to call me. I never heard and called again at 4:45 pm. I was transferred to someone (I believe Denilson) who transferred me to Ext. ***. I left a voicemail asking someone to get back to me regarding my mother's dentures that they lost. That I needed someone with authority to let me know how the facility was going to rectify the situation. On January 19, I talked to Elmira *******. I asked her to search the entire room my mom was in. I told her Alexis was to call me back and hasn't. She said she would get Alexis + Michael in housekeeping and check the room thoroughly and call me back. She called me at 2:46 pm saying no dentures were found. She asked if we could find the dentist paperwork. I explained the dentures attached by implants in my mother's gums. I said something about the mobile dentist. She said she would check. She said it would be resolved one way or another. I've called many times leaving messages. No one will return a call. We are being ghosted. My dad dropped off the paperwork on Jan 23. No one was available to talk to him.
