Business Response /* (1000, 19, 2022/05/24) */ From: "*****@aol.com" <*****@aol.com> To: *********************@aol.com <*********************@aol.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 29, 2022, 04:01:09 PM EDT Subject: ***** ***** XXXXXXXX Hello, This letter is in response to a complaint. I received your letter today 3/29/22. As a physician, I treat patients with reduce immune systems, and some with immune deficiencies. Covid has been a difficult time for these patients and our office staff despite precautions. Some of out patients have succumbed to covid. Starting January 1st we asked All of our patients to get vaccinated against Covid as of March 1st. This information was stapled to their appointment cards and repeated at each bimonthly visit. If they were adamant that they would not get vaccinated we offered to refer them to any other facility they could find. Thus Ms ***** had 3 months to find another doctor if she wanted. In her specific case I offered personally to meet her at a clinic which gave injections and wait with her and give her my number if there was any abnormal reactions afterward. Ms. ***** stated " I don't trust the goverment." Ms ***** was a patient here and left due to her own choice. I my medical opinion it is not safe, nor fair for other patients, or my office staff to be possibly exposed to Covid when vaccines have been shown to be safe, effective and FDA approved. I am willing to refer her to any other pain management center she can find. My search has shown they require vaccines. As an addendum most require vaccines and Covid PCR screening tests. I hope this clears matters up. Dr, Garry ********, *** ****
