      I have been trying since April 2022 to have my 401K money direct deposited into my bank account. The retirement account is being dissolving due to an employer I worked for retiring. I have filled in all the forms, sent my bank account information and had numerous emails back and forth with ******* ****** who works at this company. Everyone I used to work with has received their funds. I have been assured since June that my money will be deposited in my account in 2 weeks, every 2weeks I make contact again via email asking for an update . Nothing is happening.

      Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/08/25) */ The Plan Participant who contacted you is not our "customer". The retirement plan is administered by us as a Third Party Administrator on behalf of the Trustees of the Plan (who is our "customer"). We do not have control of the investments at any time but we do the accounting work and make every effort to make sure the Plan is in compliance with the IRS requirements. However, that being said, we were not able to do our work due to lack of information from the Trustees (which we received last week). We have not been able to make the final distributions until we had all of the required information, which we now have in our possession . The Participant who has not yet received her distribution is not the only participant in the Plan for which a distribution will be made. The funds are held at Nationwide and they have been emailed by us the account balances. They will notify us when the funds are into the correct account balances and at that point we will emai lthem the check writing instructions signed by the remaining Participants. We feel that the process should be completed by at least next week.
