I’m leaving this review because my car was towed 7.5 miles for $997.00, and I was overcharged for services I didn’t even receive. I didn’t get a tire change—it was simply a tow. This experience taught me that I need to speak up, especially when dealing with someone like this, even though I was desperate to get home. When I reached out to express my concerns, Kevin spent a lot of time justifying the charges, exaggerating what happened, and seemingly believing his version of events was the truth. What’s even more troubling is that when I asked for a refund of the $145 for the tire change that never happened, he threatened legal action if I pursued a chargeback. way to go. Kevin, if you’re reading this, I hope you take this as a moment to reflect. You’ve put so much energy into justifying your actions. This doesn’t bring peace. Until you stop doing this, you will attract this kind of situation into your life - forever. Life only improves when we treat people with fairness, honesty, and compassion. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!! RIP OFFSAND SCAMMERS!!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! We paid them $1336 to come place 2 new tires and they have never showed up. Tried calling them 20 or more times(myself and my husband) and they won't answer any of the numbers we called to find out what's going on or get our money back.

This business is charging for towing without towing cars, and without any responsibility for damages. I strongly suggest not doing business with this tow company. My car was damaged in the front and would've have been worse if I did not take the initiative to tell the tow truck driver not to proceed at my expense. I was then charged the full amount for towing when my car was not towed. The dispatcher yelled over me when I called to try to explain the issue. The tow truck that showed up was missing a front tag and took a picture of the front of my car and my tag. If they aren't towing cars they should not charge full rate for showing up with a tow truck that can't tow my car without damaging it. Also I did provide the year and make of the car so it should have been clear that the truck that came could not tow my car without damaging it. The front rubber piece under my car was damaged from pulling onto the rail of the tow truck. This company is not doing fair business practices.

Was told 60-90 minutes for the tow truck to arrive by their dispatch. It has been over 3 hours and now the tow truck driver or dispatch aren't answering their phone. Horrible service, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
