DO NOT use this company. This company is involved in fraudulent practices and does not have the best interests of the customer at the forefront. My home insurance company listed Apollo Roofing as a choice for getting my roof and interior fixed after they (Home Insurance Company) assessed the roof and interior damage needing repair on my home. Much to my surprise and great disappointment, this company turned out to be a complete waste of time. I had two small areas on my roof that needed to be repaired. The company sent Joel to my house to assess the damage and look into interior repairs from roof damage. I explained to him that I needed the two areas on the roof above where there was interior damage fixed prior to getting the interior damage fixed. Joel said that he would go back and get an estimate just for the two areas that I identified. After waiting for over a week for an estimate, Joel calls me and tells me that his "manager" said that they would not fix the two areas in need but would only replace the roof. I was incredulous upon hearing this information. This company would only fix my roof if I insisted on getting the WHOLE ROOF replaced when there were only two areas that needed fixing. It's evident that this company will try everything to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. It does not make any sense for a company to do this unless they are just trying to get over on you, and that is exactly what this company is doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will regret it!!! I am someone who hires companies and contractors all of the time to work on home projects, and my experience with Apollo was one of the worst ever. It's extremely disappointing!!!

First **BEING HONEST IS NOT A FRAUDELENT PRACTICE** We want to provide you with some details about your project to shed some light on the efforts put forth to ensure you were provided with the appropriate service for getting your property back to “pre-loss conditions”. December 14, 2022. 1:00PM. Joel went to your house to complete the initial walkthrough (1:00PM to 2:00PM) and after reviewing the estimate Joel explained to You that your insurance company was not going to cover the costs of your roof repairs, only the interior repairs and mitigation, since the cause of loss was not a “weather related loss” to which You requested a full roof replacement estimate. So, Joel worked on getting your roof’s measurements to start working on such a request. December 22, 2022. Joel provided a full roof replacement estimate as requested by You. January 3, 2023. You replied to Joel’s email stating that the estimate was too expensive for you, in other words out of your budget. Then You requested another estimate for repairs only. Joel reached out to You to explain that we can provide an estimate for repairs however a warranty will not be included due to the roof’s old age. Unfortunately, sometimes the efforts put forth by our team do not meet the expectations even after following the exact approved scope or our client’s requests. Apollo is confident in our team’s training, reliability, knowledge and experience to assess any tasks in other words Joel provided the most accurate estimate that could have been given.
