I was contracted to work a job through an agency at a paying rate of 15.00hr. My shift started on a Thursday 7/14/22 and ended 7/19/22 Tuesday. During this time I worked a total of 30 hours that I did not get paid for. I would like to receive full compensation for the hours I've worked.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/08/17) */ I'm writing on behalf of First Team Staffing Services to provide our response to Case # XXXXXXXX. Our records show that Mr. ***** was paid for all hours that he worked for our host client site. There was a delay in processing his time for Week Ending 7/17/2022 due to the client site not showing any hours for him for that period. Those hours were split between two paychecks; as we paid him as we received authorization from the host client site. According to our Applicant Tracking System Mr. ***** was contacted each time hours were approved and made aware of when he would receive his pay. Attached are copies of his pay stubs showing when and how many hours were paid, the authorization emails from the client site, and the time-sheet submitted for the hours for Week Ending 7/24/2022.
