This company has not completed the installation of my irrigation system in accordance with the contract, although the contract has been paid in full. The contract includes the installation of a sub-meter from the water company, for which I have contacted them 4 times to schedule such installation with little success. Although, I have been told I can run the system without a sub-meter (on March 20, 2023), doing so will result being over charged for the use of the irrigation system by the water company. Changes I'm sure the company will not assist in paying, The company have responded to half of the communications I sent regarding this particular matter, and having another company complete the installation will void the terms and contract of the contract with this company so I have to rely on MVP to finish the job.Business response

MVP has been out to my property once last year and twice this year, both times failing to get the irrigation system back up and running properly. Last year the employee found parts of the pipes that emit water and told me the remaining pipes would be found when they did the winterization. No one came back to do that. This year the first employee found several more pipes and left without completing the work. The most recent employee found two more pipes, claimed one was broken and had to have been worked on by another company, through his hand up, said "I don't have time for this" and proceeded to attack me verbally, literally getting close to my face and shouting at me - three times! Each time I assured him no other company worked on the system. He left in anger, and I discovered several days afterward that he left water running from pipe at certain times. I advised the company about the water issue and what had transpired and asked that they take care of the water issue immediately as it was adding to my water bill and no irrigation was needed at this time. I don't want to touch the operations for fear that someone will blame me for doing something wrong to it. Multiple e-mails and phone calls over the last several weeks have gotten no response at all. I will not pay any bill until the system is working properly which is what they were engaged to do, and it is not. A corner of the yard is still not getting water and some water from a pipe that was found is spewing water into the street instead of the yard.Business response

I believe she is satisfied. Another employee did come out and shut off the water the first employee left running. However, he was not able to finish getting the system operational and said he would be back. That was on Nov. 15th and it wasn't until today, Dec. 2nd that they sent me an e-mail to schedule his return with the tools he said he needed to finish the job. He (Brian) is supposed to come to our home on Dec 5th. While he was here on the 15h, I showed him a copy of a bill for work MVP did for us 20 years ago to prove that no other company has worked on our yard and the system was installed by MVP. I have received no apology for the horrendous behavior of the employee insisting that the problem was caused by another company's work. Since the system is only partially operational, the problem has not been resolved. Hopefuly, on Dec. 5th we can reach that resolution. For the company to say they think I am satisfied is difficult to understand. There is still no head where she thinks it should be. Everything is done for the winter". Please keep in mind that Mrs. Paez has not paid anything for the services we have performed in the last two years.
